I mean, he went off on the old band for two ten-minute rants in the show I was at. He's still got rage issues and he's still got "it"... maybe the key to staying fresh in the face of success is staying angry.
I mean, Paul Simon just broke my heart by doing the Wild Thornberries soundtrack, y'know? Complacency means doing kids movies with awkward telepathic children and the man who sucks so much his name defies capitalization, tim curry.
Say what you will about W. Axl Rose but he ain't doing no tim curry movies.
And say what you will about The Thin White Duke... but he'd only do it if he got to be the star and all his costumes were tailored to draw the camera to his package.
Ah well. He didn't skip out on Albany... and that's what makes all the difference, in a "two paths in the wood" kinda way.
