I didn't HATE the season as so many did, although I did think that there were many meandering plotlines and sloppily handled arcs.. The FBI/Adrianna thing went nowhere, Meadow and AJ were largely ignored, and the seduction of Carmela's nephew into the crime-sin-life was sort of unresolved..
The ONE piece of info Adrianna gave the FBI was about the stolen suits that the accountant nephew took advantage of, I had figured that would come to SOMETHING come season's end.
But this final episode at least provided, if not closure, a definite OUTCOME to the running theme of Tony's infidelity, and Carmela's self-imposed blindness.
I understand that some folk just have not liked this season for other reasons, but I find that a bunch of people have not liked it simply because of the lack of "whackings."
That's sort of weak, in my ever-so-humble oh-pin-yun.
