LOVED Joey, of course! Found the movie to be a lot like Rules of Attraction. Not the best movie I've even seen, but worth a view.

: I enjoyed the fact that the amount of copies of Harvard Man starring Joey Lauren Adams outnumbered the amount of copies of Ali at Blockbuster, and that more copies were taken out too. I thought Ali was a piece of shit, some beautiful cinematography, but no plot. I wanted to know something about Ali's childhood and his rise to the top, but the film starts with him at the top and ends with him still at the top after 4 hours. Then there is a note about how he got married and divorced again, what a half assed movie. We could just watch ESPN Classic & see the real thing.
: Harvard Man was very interesting and enjoyable, I've never tripped on acid, but the special effects as an acid trip were believable. Joey plays a character that is a lot like her true self, and if you're like me you can't get enough of the real Joey. Sarah Michelle Gellar is a slutty stuck up bitch, and she plays one in the movie too, haha. Eric Stoltz is very good too. I found the editing to be very interesting. Overall it's a good film. It reminded me of Basketball Diaries, The Sopranos, and Higher Learning, but just a tiny bit of each.
