I watched Ep. 4 and 6 religiously when I was a little kid. When all 3 were re-released a few years ago, I watched them again and seriously enjoyed them more. When I was a kid all I wanted to see were the action scenes. Now that I can sit still for more than 5 minutes, I can listen to the "boring" stuff that I wasn't interested in when I was a kid. I can understand the story behind all the fighting. As for the Skywalker whining thing, I always just chalked it up to the fact that in Ep.2 and Ep.4, Luke and Anakin are supposed to be whiny because they are immature teenagers, they are not jedi's yet.
