maybe i'm late on this, but did anyone else notice that george lucas mentioned jay and silent bob on the dierctor's commentary on ep2? he mentioned that the geonossians (those bug dudes who speak swahili) would be "the independent contracters that jay and silent bob were so worried about."
of course, it was dante and randal, but that's ok. at least he's in the right universe.
