based on george lucas' crappy description of what qualifies one for jedi-dom, yes? it's supposedly in yr blood. anakin had luke... and leia was hinted at as a potential Jedi ("there IS another...")

anakin's mom isn't a jedi and his (wink wink) fatherless birth means either you don't need to be related to a jedi or a jedi has to stop in yr port on a layover and take a fancy to yr mom.
