Hmmmmm... Well I happen to agree with you on the greatness of PTA. I wouldn't go as far as to say his films are better than Kevins. The main reason for that is, I don't see them making the same type of film. I respect Kevins and your views, for that matter, on movies. The only thing is you think your opinion has to be right and the rest of us are writers waiting for the big "Red" to give us a break. You make alot of assumptions. You seem to have pretty good taste in films but you can't seem to fathom that people like different things.
The reason I said you do not understand genres was, lumping Smith films with PTA films. The whole comedy central vs amc point was a deciding factor also.
Your sense of humor obviously differs from 95% of the people in the free world. You find porno humor and momma jokes hilarious. It is those types of things that make people doubt you have any idea what you are talking about.
In all honesty I think you said the things you said to get peoples goat. Your whole plan was to be a "shocking" internet message board troll that will teach us our ways. Let me fill you in on a big secret, you're not the first and you won't be the last. People like you are a dime a fucking dozen on the internet. Hell, Kevin Smith even made a movie based around people like you. If the View Askew movies aren't your thing, so be it. You don't have to come here.
