: in credit debt?
Yep

: If so, how much?
$5,230 (College loans are another story)

: Curious since it's a topic I'm writing on.
Most of it was my daughters daycare ($750 a month) before I was able to find some programs to help me out.

I had went through Profina to get it consolidated and that was a big mistake. They claim they work with your creditors on reducing your interest rates, but none of mine went down.

Two weeks ago I applied for a debt consolidation loan through my bank and was approved. They payed off everything and now I only pay the bank monthly (instead of 6 different companies). It's saving me monthly almost $200, and it's also saving me a shitload of interest and finance charges because this loan was at a great interest rate.

Unfortunately it was a lesson I had to learn the hard way. Too bad I don't have many things to show for it!!
