I had shitty role models when it comes to setting the right example... but I knew that I didn't want to end up like them, so I went another way.
There were people like Spider-Man and other fictional heroes that helped me out, but that doesn't mean that the stark pain and suffering that I saw in my life thanks to my mother and her way of life didn't have the biggest impact. It did.
