Firstly, it allowed you to show that you don't know how to use an apostrophe or spell the word "testicle" in your user name, and secondly it allowed you to write a post that would hopefully grab you attention from the film-maker himself, and maybe provoke a response - thereby validating your existence as a poster. Shame you had to do it by trying to piss someone off...
