Jason Mewes dissapearance?

Hi to the board... this is my first post, try not to flame me, kay?
I just heard on my local radio that Jason has been "missing for 10 months after being hit with a heroin charge". They speculated this morning that he either "fled to a country that doesn't extradite, or is dead"(radio station - http://97xonline.com/ ). Has anyone else heard anything about this at all?
