...but I'd go for the well worded letter first. I doubt most big business people (if that's who you're trying to appeal to) take the opinions of a bunch of supposed 'web-geeks'' opinions seriously.
It's like the fuss made over Spider-man's organic web-shooters in the film - a whole bunch of people made a stink about it, but they still kept it so Peter Parker shot the sticky white fluid directly from his wrists (which I've never seen as much of a power, to be honest - I've been able to do that since I was 13).
