THANKS PAT for the great post, I too have read all the "Hannible" books by Harris and loved Red Dragon, Manhunter was done by Michael Mann during his Miami Vice phase, so didn't you notice the influence, plus it was TAME..I mean in the book the things the killer did to the families and the WOMEN were greusome, I want more forensics in this film then in Manhunter...I like the "gore"...not slasher flicks, but serial killers fascinate me.
Ummm..now I do not want to MEET ONE..he he he..OH Lord... :)
I just finished a book about Danny Rolling, about the horrible Gainsville Florida Murders and wow it was a brain twister, I mean you came out feeling sorry for him and the victims...this world is SO CREUL...
Guess that is why I hide out on a horse farm ;-)
