is that fair to the honest us citizen?

for example, you could be talking in an e-mail to an australian friend who lived in the northern terrorities..

you could say 'did you go out into the bush last night? i went to a party and it was the bomb'

and the fbi computers would flash up your email for having 'bush' and 'bomb' in it..

and then you'd be an automatic suspect for a heinous crime of killing the president - no matter how innocent your e-mail, you are now marked
