To continue from WAY down the board...

First off, I want to thank you for making me laugh. It's not often that I can just laugh at a computer screen like that.

Iowa, in addition to corn, is known for meat packing. Here, there are 2 meat packing plants: Hogs and turkeys. These plants need thousands to work in their plants but none of the whities want to do such demeaning work. So the plants recruit right on the Texas border and in California. Same thing has happened to NE, IL, MO, KS, SD, MN and IN.
