: on the Excite news pages...Unless the MPAA gets weirdly stringent, this will be my first PG-13 film. It's not profanity-laced, it's not even profanity-dotted, which is weird because it's (BEN) AFFLECK, (GEORGE) CARLIN and me -- guys known for cursing their brains out."

Good luck, Kevin. From what I hear, the child in this film is born before the story starts so you can even go w/the "born in a cabbage-patch" origin-story, and I think you may still find the MPAA has put a target on your back. Humorless prigs.

I hope you do get the PG-13, if only to dispel the impression that the films rely on cursing/potty humor. My personal opinion is that stuff is included to hide the fact that you READ. A LOT.

As a stepmom, I am SOOO looking forward to this movie. It's not a position that is well-understood. Lots of responsibility & opportunity to be self-less (like being a parent), but not a lot of control (babysitter/nanny). More than once I've had to lay it out to the biologicals that I am not an EMPLOYEE just because the placenta wasn't attached.
