They're probably trying to cash in on the fact that "Pulp Fiction" and "Jackie Brown" special editions are coming out in like July or August, and a "Reservoir Dogs" one is coming soon too. But that's just a guess.
I'd love to see them tack on a Tarantino based commentary to "Natural Born Killers", but I imagine he'd have to watch it first.
