Everybody needs a chance, right? Their first job, a big project, a break? Even if everything she ever did before sucked, how does that disqualify her from an opportunity to exceed expectations?
Forget Affleck's previous films. Look at Linda Fiorentino playing the hooker/wife in Jade. I never would have thought she was capable of Bethany.
