i am really happy for you in your mission to improve your health. I was in rehab for alcohol 2 years ago and haven't had a drink since. They say once you overcome something as difficult as addiction recovery or something along those lines, it being the most difficult thing you've ever had to do in your life, you have a newfound ability to cope with the rest of life's problems. But the fight is never over. (Watching Brando drink scotch still kills me) Anyway, it's inspiring to know you are making a change.
