Harry Potter had a chiefly brit cast (remember how outraged you guys got when we wanted Haley Joel Osmet to play Harry Potter), but was US made.
And the list was descending, Spider-Man is the current Japan winner, Harry Potter was January.
I forgot to mention Lord of the Rings, it was tops in Japan for a single week.
