Hmmmmmm, wow, good question...I'm a total sucker for the car scene in the rain in "Chasing Amy". It should be nothing but a giant cliche, but it was nailed so perfectly, script-wise, acting-wise, direction-wise (Except for the reflection of the crew in the building windows)...cinematic perfection.
