i have been seeing alot of people from HS lately and everyone got real chunky. even the ones who were real skinny. i didnt reach 100lb till 2 yrs after HS and i gained about 15 lbs in 6 yrs thanks to my good friends capt. morgan and corona. but also people who havent seen me in HS say that i look 'ggoooooooodddd'. i guess meaning ive 'filled out' (whatever). i was out with my best friend from HS when that was said to me. she said i looked the same. she had gained the typical freshman 15 but then lost that + more.
my best friend and i are always seeing people from HS and telling each other how everyone looks. it just seems that everyone has gained alot of weight but we (and ive been told this by her and people i havent seen in about 5 yrs) look the same. so thats where my question came from. i know as we get older its typical to gain weight, i was just wondering how much is normal. thanks babe.
sorry if that was confusing at all. its friday...give me a break :)

: : : I gained a good 10 pounds during that time, but I was underweight in high school, and remain underweight to this day.
: : ~~id ask you how much you weigh but guys weight baffles me. i dont know how a 6' guy is supposed to weigh. he can tell me 400lbs and id think its normal. is it?

: I was about 5'10" throughout high school and weighed about 110 pounds. I had a skinny build, so it was normal. Guys with bulky builds have larger weight and it's still considered normal. A 24-year-old who's 6'0" and weighs 400 pounds can be considered normal if he's really large or really muscular.

: As for women, I'm not really sure how your body build/weight ratio works, but it seems to me that women typically add 5-15 pounds onto whatever the scale says, just to motivate themselves to lose more weight. I'm sure you're just fine the way you are right now, beautiful. So don't worry about it.
