The original comic book artists. Guys like Jack Kirby & Stan Lee when they were first starting out. Kevin shines at writing dialogue between men, and this would be a place to use his unique knowledge of the comics to create a sense of what it was like.
Something like October Sky or Fatman and Little Boy, but with comics.
