It's like saying MJ is a gateway drug to harder drugs. The 'If you try one, you'll eventually try them all' theory.
I'm a hot tempered person. Have been for 30 years now. I've been known to act really stupid by way of letting my temper get the better of me with regard to yelling at people (especially when I was younger and even dumber). I have never been physically violent with, or hated any of those people I shouted at.
It has to be in your personality to be able to hate or be violent toward people. Well that, and the environment you are raised in. And being tempermental is not even close to being able to hate or be violent.
I don't disagree with your main point, just the way you've rationalized why it is your point. But then again, it is your point, and we all have our own opinions.
