I don't think you're deliberately trying to make a racist statement, but your whole question is based on an assumption about a stereotype. All African-American people are not athletically blessed, and even if this were true, there would be a myriad of reasons related to both environment, heredity and socializiation. It can't be boiled down to a simple strand of DNA.
