First off, I must ensure the board’s familiarity with the concept of natural selection aka “survival of the fittest.” Natural selection says that only the fittest (strongest) can find mates, reproduce, and thus have their genes transferred to their offspring. What determines fitness is the environment; a species flourishing in one environment will die in another (e.g. reptiles in the tropics vs. reptiles in the Arctic).
What I suggest is this: blacks in the U.S. seem athletically superior to their white counterparts due to effects of slavery. The weaker Africans were unable to cope with the harsh conditions of slavery and thus perished leaving the stronger individuals to reproduce. In essence, blacks were bred to be more physically durable. The strong black “race” in the U.S. is a product of white eugenics.
Now discuss.
FYI: Even now with the human genome almost fully sequenced, we’ve yet to ascertain which genes determine a human’s “race.”
