They used to have a policy of not accepting stories from writers who weren't in the business yet.
As of the last two weeks(which is when I looked at the guidelines) they have changed their policy. They actually accept stories now and even give a guideline of what to submit. Just a few weeks ago their stance was still the same old, "No unsolicited writing of any kind."
They still tell you it's hard to break in but at least they let you try.
I'm very excited.
I don't really think I'm ready for them yet, but at least when I do think I'm ready I'll be able to give it a shot.
