When I used them one time in the past, I reserved a truck w/automatic transmission.
I got there & it was manual (I can't drive stick). Thankfully my dad was w/me & knew how. And the truck had a broken fuel guage & they tried screwing us out of money saying we used more gas than we actually did.
My father gave 'em hell for it & refused to pay after the move.
U-Haul, like a bunch of other big corporate entities (AT&T, UPS, USPS, etc.), are run by a bunch of low IQ bastards who don't give a shit.
