That if the auction ends @ 12:00:00 noon and a person bids @ 11:58:00 then the new auction end time is now advanced by 5 minutes, or 12:03:00. If THEN someone bids at 12:02:12 the new auction time is now 5 minutes from that bid or 12:07:12.
Confused yet??????
Basically it means there has to be no bids for 5 minutes for someone to win.
