Bong Saber & Count Dooku

So I'm watching JASBSB last night and something caught my attention that I'd not noticed before. This probably has to do with having Episode II on the brain, what with it's release date exactly 2 weeks away, but SB's "highly experimental bong saber" he uses looks an AWFUL lot like the saber to be carried by Count Dooku (Christopher Lee).

Of course, SB's is a bit more angular & harsh around the edges, but the resemblence is remarkable, which begs the question: Is the comment made, "I think George Lucas gonna sue somebody!" a reference to the resemblence of the bong saber to the light saber in general, or the possibility that viewers were getting a peak at what would become an E2 prop?
