If they interrupted me or passed notes during class, I'd cover part of the chalkboard in yellow chalk and make the student put his/her nose up to the spot and stand there for fifteen minutes. If a student didn't do his/her homework, then I'd make it count as a test grade. If they did poorly on a quiz or a test, then I'd make them write a two page essay explaining why they did poorly on said quiz/test and make it count as a test grade.
