...because, to be quite honest, Star Wars just doesn't have the cool factor that Spider-man has (despite Star Wars having Grand High King Of Cool Samuel L. Jackson in the cast). Even though Spidey's based on a comic, it still doesn't have the 'fan-boy' connection of Episode 2. I'm not saying Spider-man's better than Star Wars though - I've still got my May 16th tickets booked for Episode 2 (although I'll probably do the same for Spider-man when it finally gets released over here in the UK, half-way through June).
: Wow... who the hell thought Spider-Man would take in 40m in one day? Holy shit... remember last year when they were talking about the unbeatable grosses of Harry Potter... and the Lord of the Rings... well, I truly believe that Spider-Man IS unbeatable... atleast until Episode II comes out in two weeks :)
