I would like to see the cast of the TV Show do a feature film based off of Joss's origional script for the origional film. I'm one of the people who hates Buffy the movie but loves Buffy the show and I think it's about time the cast of the show did a big screen version. It would be cool to see them do a remake of the film. They wouldn't have to play the same characters either. I know there are people out there that will think this idea is crap, but it's never been done before with a movie based off a show based off a movie. Actually, are there any movies based off of shows based off of movies? Well anyway, that's what I want.
About your last question, I think this season isn't the best, but it is better than first season, when compaired.
