: just had my heart broken...i've had this crush on someone for so long and i've been living on cloud nine fooling myself into thinking that i had a chance... it doens't look like it would happen... love sucks, he was never "mine" to lose, but i think i have to come to grips with the fact that he's not interested...

: blah, blah, blah,

: sorry i just have to whine.

IN THE meantime. My uncle (big Catholic family so he's just a couple years older than me), married a girl he went to high school with - but not until they were both about 27 years old. They just kind of moved in & out of each other's life until the time was right.

Rent When Harry Met Sally and Sleeping in Seattle and have yourself a good maudlin time for a night, then go make a life for yourself. Nothing is quite to attractive, in my book, than somebody who loves their life and is having a good time.
That's why I love musicians - notice how their always on the stage and paying no attention to you? Yeah, that's a good basis for a relationship.
So I think you should take advise from me(?)

I married a guy that lived a few blocks from me for six years before we ever went out. Bass player. I tease him about his sense of timing.

Pixie (looks like a roughed up mosquito today)
