: I understand the Susan the Monkey joke. At the end of Mallrats, where the hell did they get the monkey? Okay, so J&SBSB explains it. But in that case, it screws up the continuity of the series. how can Jay & Silent Bob have Susanne (I don't think I spelled that right) at the end of Mallrats, if the events of Strike Back don't occur until after Dogma (or Chasing Amy at the very least).
Yeah well, we all can't be perfect!!

: As far as the 'in-joke' of it all, I don't think many people gave a damn about the monkey in the first place. Sure it was interesting, but it was even more retarded and rediculous.
The monkey in the movie wasn't really a big "in-joke" just integral to the plotline...

: Again with the 'in-joke' thing, the cool thing about his hidden jokes is that they are subtle. You have to look for them. I haven't watch Strike Back but maybe 3 times, but I don't I'll find many.
If you have seen all the othe rfilms and clerks tas, you should find quite a few my friend!!
It was a big cash-movie in my opinion.
Maybe true, but it was still "for the fans" in my opinion

:O)
