: They plan on building, i think, a youth center, a new school, and a movie theatre. I think it is great that they are building these things, but couldn't they leave the clown there, it doesn't take up that much room, and it is sort of a major part of the town, anyone i talk to about Middletown always knows what i'm talking about when i mention the big scary ass clown
