No dude, Eden Prairie mall is the one they were always in. I have no friggin idea about the dirt mall... where the hell that is. Here is a detailed version of what i just said heh:
Eden Prairie mall is where they had most of the scenes like the game show and where silent bob jumped off the elevator. i live in eden prairie. If i could i would take pics of places in the movie and post it on the net but i cant heh. well heres some things i noticed in the movie.
The Elevator Scene-
where brodie and sirene or whatever are in the elevator... that elevator is still there... and where silent bob jumped off to get the security guards hat is now 2nd floor. They extended the 2nd floor all the way out so you can walk all around the elevator top and right next to it is customer service. And where his head goes throught the wall is now a jewlry store or electronics boutique. Somewhere between those stores.
Bdalton-
Where jay and silent bob are reading magazines is now "The Buckle" and there is only a Barnes and Noble.
The Fountain-
There is a part where Silent bob and one of the girls is sitting on a fountain and they are "talking" or whatever... silent bob isnt i guess lol but that was the food court and is now been covered with floor and is now offices.
Brick stairs-
Where the chick elbows the guy in the balls is gone now... its nothing. but it use to be infront of a theater, the theater is still there tho.
Comic Book store-
That was made up... but most of the other stores were real in the movie.
Scene with the "comic book drawer"-
Where the comic book guy tells Brodie about the "one that got away" they were actually on a walkway infront of the elevator and it is now gone. (there was only 1 elevator right in the middle of the mall heh.
Game show-
That scene is right next to the elevator and thats where the girls dad was sitting. I dont remember his name but after he ate the pretzels he was sitting on a bench next to the elevator.
Theres more but oh well... but i have no friggin idea what the hell that flea market place was.... and also if you watch carefully in a scene in the parking lot you can see it says Eden Prairie Center.
