...I ment to tell you, about 3 weeks ago I had two sort of unofficial screenings of A Better Place at my house. 2 nights in a row 3 friends came round and we watched A Better Place on both nights, so I showed it to 6 people. Suffice to say, everyone really LOVED the film. And it was a lot of fun watching their reaction to some of the gruesome effects.
Also, I don't know if you remember, but when I met you at Vulgarthon (English kid) I bought a couple of ABP posters and got one signed to my friend Chris who couldn't come due to unemployment and he'd yet to see A Better Place because he hadn't been in town for me to lend it to him... Well, shortly after I returned home him and our friend Jon saw it and they wanted me to tell you that they thought the special effects were they best they'd seen in an Indie film and that it was a really great first effort.
I just kinda forgot to tell you until now, so I hope this makes your day a little brighter.
