By the way, I know it's early as one hasn't even been finished yet, but are there any rumours of a Daredevil/Spider-man cross-over kinda movie? Because that would kick some heavy duty bootie...

: : : : ...so I'll say either Mysterio or The Vulture - Mysterio always seemed one of the more 'traditional' bad-guys - all smoke and mirrors, rather than super-special powers etc. And I liked The Vulture because... well, he was just such a freak, to be honest.
