'Double Jeopardy' protection keeps people from getting tried twice for the same act of criminal behavior. Get stoned again, and that's a second act.
Based on your opinion, convicted murderers should be able to go on a spree once they get out of prison. C'mon man... At least try not to think stoned if you want sympathy.
