we have this comedian over here who does a satirical program called 'brass eye' - you may have heard of him - chris morris? him and armando ianucci got into trouble the other week over an 8 page pull out satirising the US media et al after 11/9...
anyway, one program he did last year centred on child abuse and paedophilia and the media's attitude... it was a very very good programme, quite hard to watch at times but brilliantly done..
the papers were in outrage however, mainly cos he was having a pop at them... one of the papers had a full page dissing the program and saying how disgraceful it was and what a wanker morris was... this would have been admirable if, on the opposite page, they didn't have a huge picture of Charlotte Church (age 15) and a caption about how fine her thrups were looking these days..
