...even character differences between the movies are different. Look at Silent Bob in Mallrats and look at him in JSBSB. In one, he's about to slap a kid in the face (the kid looking over his shoulder) in the other he's crying over a monkey. (Yes, I know he almost beats the kid in the helmet in the deleted scene, but it's both a deleted scene and he was really hesitant over it).
It just seems so weird to call it a "timeline". They seem so irrelated to each other despite the in-gags.
