I think anyone who I plan on going into a serious relationship (female, as that is the side of the fence I am on) would have to have a great singing voice. So much of my life is about music I would have a hard time living with a girl who didn't have a good singing voice.
As for turnoffs I would have to say naivite (sp?). I have such a hard time talking with people who are completely shut off from the world (I am a Christian and I know way too many people who are shut off from the world)
ps My number one thing I look for in a girl is that she also loves God with all her heart
