: I'm not going to lie and say it is the best movie I have ever seen; and I'm not goint to say it's the worst. Changing Lanes would (in my opinion) rank 7 on a scale of 1-10 - I think there are a lot of scenes in the movie which are pointless, they don't help to move the movie a long and seem to be there just to take up space. Affleck and Jackson play good parts, I was actualy impressed, Ben plays a decent ummm.. suspence/drama(?) part.. and Sam is jus Sam-

: I'd recomend the movie to anyone really.. It's not one where you'll leave the theatre feeling that this film has had a huge impact on your life or anything, at least it didn't mine; but it's not one where you'll think you wasted your money either. I realize that I've written a lot, so I'm going to shut up now -

I also saw it today and I would rank it higher... I'd give ita 9. Having said that, I think this film is really meant for an older audience. I don't think most twenty-somethings have had the kind of life and career experiences that would cause them to see themselves in the state of moral crises that Ben's and Sam's characters are undergoing.
Then again, I use to practice law on Wall Street, so I can easily recognize Gavin Banek (Ben's character) in myself. It's not a pretty picture of oneself.
