It's the best UK DVD of the bunch, because it's the only one with all the extras that the US version has (commentary, deleted scenes etc.) Clerks might be released in the UK later in the year (or so the rumour goes) but the super duper special anniversary edition will be released in a couple of years, so the choice is yours.
By the way, J&SBSB is only available to rent on DVD from May 27th, and from what I've heard, it's just a bare-bones disc. It'll be available to buy later on in the year (September, possibly) and I have no idea if it'll be bare-bones or the full, special edition.
