...I don't think any of them die - Augustus Gloop gets sucked into a pipe, but taken out later, one of them gets all inflated and blue, but if you read the book, she gets squeezed back to normal later on, the TV kid gets shrunk, but if you read the book, he gets stretched back to normal later and the little spoiled brat get sucked down a rubbish chute (along with her pop), but if you read the book, they get rescued later. So sure, there's a little mental trauma, but nothing fatal. Willy Wonka could certainly get his ass handed to him if it went to the courts though...
