What is an average price to pay for the book? I found it for $124, and seeing as how I haven't really seen it anywhere before, i'm not quite sure if this is a ripoff or not. Someone told me between $50 and $75 was a good price, but that was awhile ago. I'm just curious because I can't quite afford $124 and hope it can be found for cheaper.
