4. A nation that understands that football's for enjoyment and the opportunity to wear a skirt whilst getting incredibly drunk, not so you can go beat the crap out of people in a different time zone (Old Firm excluded - that's more than just football).
5. A tramp on every corner (in Glasgow at least...)
