It's just funny, cause I've never met a frat guy who wasn't all defensive about someone calling it a frat. Lots of fraternity's do good work, charity etc, while others do deplorable things, for the most part most fraternities walk a line between the two...if you want to be a member of a club, thats fine by me....but when people say frat, its just a nickname, and when you or your brothers get all defensive about it, it look like you do have something to hide...I personally don't beleive in fraternities, but that is for my own personal reasons...Such as they "can" tend to promote/create environements where rape, racism and homophobia are tolerated...and I don't think people should have to pay to have a social group...but I am not against frats as long as they aren't hurting anyone, and if they do a lot of charity work, even better.....
but you need to accept that an expression such as "frat boy movie" is as harmless a description as calling Fried green tomatoes "a chick movie"....damn right there are chick movies and as a women I'm not offended but the euphamism which means no harm.....when a Frat tries to get all PC...then I start to worry...
