The key to losing weight is not DIETING... that is the LAST thing a person should do. The best way to lose it and keep it away is to create a LIFE PLAN. This is where to set up how you will eat, and do it until forever. I have been forced to do this, because I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1, so now I am on a regimen that allows very little indulgence and injections 3 times a day, for life. NO sugars! LOW carbs (less than 50 grams/day) LOW fat, and LOW cal. The trick to is it to just tell yourself that this is how it has to be from now on. The most difficult part is not being able to just stop somewhere and eat a burger or something like that. And since you don't eat carbs, you eat all day and still lose weight. I eat 3 meals a day, and about 3 large snacks a day. In 3 weeks I've lost 20 pounds. Anyone that needs help can feel free to email me, i'll let you know whatever i know. Oh yeah, and walking (even if it's 5 minutes a day) will help.
